1. The costs of returning goods are paid by the seller.

2. Goods can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

3. Goods are accepted back if:

• the goods are defective;
• the goods arrived incomplete;
• the goods do not correspond to the description of the ad;
• you received the wrong product by mistake or not as you expected;
• the item is unused, in the original packaging, unassembled/unpicked.

4. If the goods were used, but of good quality and the buyer wants to return the used goods that he does not like (no later than 14 days after receiving the goods), such a return is accepted, the seller pays the return costs, but returns 50 percent of the new value of such goods.

5. Kubelis.lt is guided by the provisions for exchanging and returning items provided for in Article 6.362 of the Civil Code and the valid Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Lithuania. • 10. men's, boys', women's or girls' undershirts, nightgowns, pajamas and similar articles;
• 11. bras, girdles, corsets and similar articles;
• 18. watches;
• 19. musical instruments;
• 21. furniture, bedding, lamps;
• 22. toys, games, except for sports and fishing equipment;

6. Before returning the product, the customer must contact the Seller and fill out the product return form provided to him.

7. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused.

8. An item that has been unpacked, used and put back in its original packaging is considered used and a 50% refund is given for such an item. amounts paid for it.
